My OK-message seems wrong. I discover that there is no signal from the Chime, only from the D210.

The chime isn't an independent device that can be seen and managed in the Tapo app, it can only pair with the doorbell. After pairing with the doorbell, the chime can be installed anywhere, as long as it is within router's WiFi range. To test whether the doorbell and chime are still connected, simply press the doorbell, and see if the chime rings.

Do I have to reset the chime and reinstall when it don't work or is there something else I can try?

Move the chime closer to doorbell and router. Restart the chime. Double-check the doorbell settings, you can try to relink the chime. If the chime is still not responding, then a reset and relink are required.
