Achat camera allimentée par batterie TAPO C420. Batterie chargée et correctement insérée. Aucun voyant de la camera ne s'allume. Tentative de reset sans succès.
Please clean the metal contacts on the battery and inside the battery compartment. Then, try holding down the reset button while the power cable is plugged in and see if there are any changes to the camera LED.
If there are still no lights, this device may have a hardware issue. Please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.
