one of My c425 camera won't connect after battery charging and it will not reset to allow me to reconfigure it. 
 LED Is showing solid green, then it goes solid red - but it's not flashing the way it should for configuring. Also - when I turn it on, it no longer says "camera on".

Try to remove the SD card and perform the reset again. If there are still no response -- no led changes, then this device seems bricked. To proceed warranty, please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support

  @Wayne-TP Thanks for the advice - it looks like it's bricked! I'll go back to the retailer with it.
