Tapo L630/L530 bulbs keep disconnecting from WiFi every 10 minutes without internet connection

I have a larhge number of TAPO/TP-Link smart devices on my home network. C500, C320WS, C200, H100, H200, L535B, L610, L630, L920, P100, P110, HS100, HS110, T100 and T110. They all work absolutely beautiful on my quality network. Except for the L630's.
I live in Africa and Internet reliance is not a dependancy I can have. I need my Home Assistant system to work offline at any given moment on short notice. As such, I have found these L630's disconnect every 10min when they cannot reach the internet. Almost like they rebooting themselves. This is making my wife very angry when the lights dont turn on automatically.
Help me keep my wife happy so I can buy more TAPO/TPLINK devices. I need updated firmware so these L630's do not become unavailable every 10min, for about 1 to 2 min. That's all it takes for my wife to say 'I told you home automation is a waste'. When she walks into the kitchen and the L630 downlights do not turn on because they so happen to be on their 10min spazz.
Firmware fix, please!
Would be ever most grateful. As I have to buy another8 or so and don't want to buy TUYA stuff.
