Which Tapo robot vacuum do you have? If you have a Tapo RV Max robot vacuum, try to long-press the power button for 5s to turn it off, then restart by hold the power button for 3s. After that, try to do the update again. 

 

Do you know the firmware version you're trying to update? What about the previous version?
