Why I cant record zoom in on tapo c500

I just buy my camera tapo c500, when I recorded a video, I am able to zoom in or out, but when I played that video the frame thats show the zoom in do not play.
The only recorded image is when I am using the panoramic.

The recorded video will not display any manual zooming in or out actions. And as the camera did not actually move, there won't be any changes in the footage.

Are you referring to the video not showing your zooming in and out actions, or is the video completely frozen and unable to play? Are you watching it within the Tapo app or through your phone's gallery? Please confirm if there are any issues when viewing it in the app.
What's your Tapo app version?

Thanks for answering my issue, I repeat my original post using a software to record the videos snagit. My first copy while I am recording video using tapo software, you will see that my camera is using the zoom in zoom out and pan the image when I was recorded.
The second videos I am reading the video using the tapo sotware.
