Please Help!!!!!

 

Tapo RV20max won't connect with phone and always shows Offline.

the device is responsive and charges. But won't connect with internet or mobile phone to command.

i have gone through the process of resetting and connecting:l. But it doesn't work.

Do you see the vacuum online when your phone is on the local WiFi? Try to change router DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then restart the router and the robot vacuum.
