Hi ,

 

Looking for some assistance, just purchased the above and bought a micro so card which is recommended by Tapo a Sandisk Extreme SDXC uhs-1 256gb card which when installed I get a message that it needs formatting.

How do I overcome this easily? Or is there another SDXC card that will work without this issue ?

Newly inserted SD card needs to be formatted in the App before use. Did you encounter any errors while formatting?
