Tapo D210 flashing red continuously

Today i had my internet provider changed, however I forgot about my doorbell and the anti theft alarm..
I've somehow managed to turn the alarm off on the doorbell, however I can't access the device online. And I can't reset the doorbell. And there's no separate button to turn off the alarm on the doorbell.
It's flashing red continuously, slow not fast.
Help needed.

@Wayne-TP I managed to sort it, I plugged my old router back in hoping it would be enough to allow me to turn off the anti theft alarm. Bingo it worked. It's all up and running now.

Try to change the router wifi name and password to the old one, or do this with your phone's hotspot, reboot the doorbell and see if the doorbell can reconnect successfully.
If not, then we need to try to do the reset again. Remove the sd card if there is one, then try to do the reset, make sure the SYNC/RESET button is pressed down, and hold it for a longer time, like 5-10 seconds. If the led indicator still shows no changes, then I'm afraid there is no solution for this so far.
For warranty assistance, please reach out to the retailer or local TP-Link support.

Well, if it is the anti-theft alarm, then it can actually be turned off manually. Check here for more details. How to pause/stop the Anti-theft Alarm of your Tapo Doorbell
