Model: Tapo C460  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.6

I've set two smart actions, one to disable my C460 when I get home and one to enable it when I leave. But the leave home action never triggers (c460 stays in private mode, no actions in the history). But the arrive home action triggers reliably every time.

 

Latest iPhone app, always allowed to see location, latest firmware on the C460.

 

Any ideas?

Check if the automation's effective time is set to Always. Try to reduce the effective radius, see if that helps. 

 

Disable and re-enable the automation. You can also try to delete it and create a new one.
