La camara se desconectó de en la aplicación y empezó a presentar un punto rojo, no se reinicia, no pasa nada si la desconecto de ma electricidad, simplemente no responde.
Make sure to use the original power adapter to avoid device malfunction due to insufficient power supply.
Remove the sd card from the camera (if any), reboot the camera, wait for a minute or two, then try to reset it, see if the led indicator shows any change. If the camera still shows no response, then this device is likely bricked. For warranty assistance, please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.
