Model: Tapo T100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.12.0

The Sensor keeps raising false positive even when their is no motion in room, nor their is light interference. I had purchased 3 motion sensors and the issue is only with one, the other two are working as expected in the same condition.

Try to change a new battery, factory reset the sensor and reconfigure it.

Place the sensor in a closed drawer or a sealed box to ensure no potential triggers occur. If the sensor is still frequently triggered in this situation, there may be a hardware issue. To proceed device warranty, please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support
