Camera is 2 months old. Worked perfectly until two days ago. Now reboots every couple of minutes.
Is this to do with latest firmware?
Is the camera used with a solar panel? Please check if appropriate waterproof measures have been taken, otherwise, there may be a risk of water ingress leading to hardware failure. How to connect Tapo Solar Panel to compatible Tapo devices with proper Waterproof Gasket
Yes connected to solar panel. Rubber gromet and black rubber ring all installed to charging port and usb plug to prevent water ingress.
Can you share a picture of the camera's power port? How do you tell the camera is rebooting? Do you hear any voice prompt?
