TP-Link AX15 – "No Internet" Issue + Cannot Access Admin Panel Without Restart
Hello everyone,
I’m facing a frustrating issue with my TP-Link AX15 router, and I’ve noticed that others might be experiencing something similar.
Problem Description:
The router frequently shows “No Internet” on all connected devices, even though my ISP connection is active.
The only way to restore internet access is to manually turn the router off and on using the power switch.
During this issue, I cannot even access the router’s admin panel (192.168.0.1 or tplinkwifi.net) unless I restart the router manually.
Additional Notes:
Once restarted, everything works fine for a while, but the issue keeps happening again and again.
I’ve seen other users report similar problems with the AX15 model, which makes me wonder if it’s a firmware or hardware issue.
Update:
After contacting TP-Link support, I was provided with a firmware update. It's been 2 days since I installed the new firmware, and so far, I haven’t faced the issue again. I’m not 100% sure it’s fixed yet, but I’ll continue monitoring the router for at least a week or two to confirm.
Also, in case it helps others, I’m using a wired connection through a TP-Link G7 ONU, and here’s the Daraz product link where I bought the router. Many users there mentioned similar issues in the reviews: https://s.daraz.com.bd/s.Zjcvo
Let me know if anyone else has found a long-term fix!
Final Update: Issue Fixed
After applying the firmware update and making some key settings changes, the issue seems fully resolved.
🔧 Settings Tweaks That Helped Me
These changes greatly improved the stability:
1. Disable Smart Connect
This feature can cause devices to disconnect or switch bands erratically.
2. Turn Off OFDMA and TWT
These are Wi-Fi 6 features. If your devices don’t support Wi-Fi 6, turning these off can improve compatibility.
3. Set 2.4 GHz Bandwidth to 20 MHz
Wider channels can cause interference, especially in crowded areas.
4. Be Careful with Firmware Updates
Always check the changelog and user feedback before updating firmware—it may contain bugs.
Final Note
If you’re having similar issues with the AX15 model, I highly recommend applying the latest firmware and adjusting the above settings. These changes made a noticeable difference in my network stability.
Feel free to reply if you’ve found additional tweaks or if the issue persists even after these steps.
