What is the wake-up type set for the doorbell? Check if it is set to 'doorbell-pressed', in which case, the doorbell will only wake up when someone presses it, and start detection and recording afterward. 

Check if the detection zone is set correctly. 

Test whether the detection works when watching live stream in the Tapo app (wake up the camera actively) and walking in front of the doorbell at the same time.
