Since the day one when i installed firmware 1.7.0 on my Deco M4 my internet start working slow sometimes and websites could'nt load properly or load very slow and also YouTube video start buffering suddenly in the middle of the video on 1080p and my ISP set-top box also start buffering and stutter on ethernet but when i check the speed on wifi and ethernet so the speed is full 100/100 with the ping of 3-4ms but everything works fine in AP Mode only the issues are in Router Mode and i tried everything in Router Mode from the troubleshooting guides but nothing worked and also changed the ethernet cable and the clips of the ethernet cable but nothing changed still same. Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.

Did you constantly run into this issue? or if the case was forwarded to the senior engineer later, can you reproduce this issue in a short time?

 

Did setting IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/1.1.1.1 make any difference?

If possible, it is also suggested to refer to this link to find the MTU size of the ISP router and set Deco to use the same MTU value:

How to find the proper MTU size for my network

 

It is also suggested to enable QoS(manually set the upload/download bandwidth higher than the actual bandwidth), then enable "High Priority" for the smart TV.

  @David-TP I did every single steps and also changed the DNS and MTU (1492) my ISP is using PPPoE and MTU is (1492) but my Deco is connected to ISP router via ethernet cable and getting dynamic ip address and i also tried QoS settings but nothing changed and i faced this issue after every few days in a week.
