Would anyone be able to help me figure out why the light is not turning on even though the switch has power? thanks!

  @Mingz 

 

  • Double-check whether the live and load lines from this box correspond to the light fixture you need to control.
  • Make sure that the fixture does not exceed the maximum load capacity of the switch.
  • Try to install the smart switch in another location -- to control a different light fixture, then observe if the same issue occurs.
