Firmware Version: 1.5.0

I recently added a Tapo T310 sensor connected to H110 hub and operating thru an MR600 router.  The T310 is reporting but only locally, it does not report remotely and the history is empty.  I have removed any firewall protections I can find and changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4. as recommended but without success.  I also have an older H100 hub and tried with that but got the same result.  What to do next?

Check the troubleshooting tips here. ▷ What to do if there is No Historic Data from the Tapo Temperature & Humidity Sensor

 

Can you ring the hub remotely? Do you have other devices connected to the same hub? Do they also experience remote control failure issue?

Can you ring the hub remotely? Do you have other devices connected to the same hub? Do they also experience remote control failure issue?

  @Wayne-TP All of the solutions provided have been tried already without success - unless there is something hidden in the MR600 that is blocking history upload.  I have 7 cameras, 2 door sensors and 3 motion sensors all operating ok, only the T310 is connected to a hub and test with the H100 and H110 give the same result.

@Wayne-TP so no solution? Am I to return this piece of junk or wait endlessly for support. From the forum it seems this is a very common problem that does not have a known fix.

Are your contact sensor and motion sensor both connected to the same hub that the T310 is connected to?
