I am trying to add my Matter enable switch to Alexa and it says I need to put the switch in pairing mode. How is this done?

When the device's LED indicator flashes red and green, it is ready for setup. If the device is not in this state, you can perform a reset: press and hold for about 10 seconds to factory reset the smart switch. Note: A reset is not required if the smart switch needs to be added to the second Matter platform.
