Hello,
I recently purchased a Tapo C410 KIT, and the device reports hardware version 2.0. However, I couldn’t find any mention of this version on your official website or in the available documentation.

The firmware version currently installed is 1.1.6, and I’ve noticed that animal and vehicle detection features are not available.

I would like to ask:

  1. Why is hardware version 2.0 not mentioned on the website?

  2. Is it correct that this version lacks support for animal and vehicle detection?

Tapo C410 V2 does not support pet and vehicle detection indeed. Based on what I've learned, the device's hardware version is typically not listed as an option on the seller's website.   @Wayne-TP Ok thanks. The camera works just fine and the battery life is way beyond my expectations, but I was confused by the hw version
