Good day.. I just purchased the new 4K C460 with solar panel and when I go to set up with red/green blinking I find the WiFi Tapo 666 it tells me I should have on my phone and it states "Connected" but the cameras will not quit blinking red/green.. I have done a hard reset of the cameras. Rebooted my router, changed SSID,s Nothing helps.. I must be doing something wron but I,m lost

Is your phone connected to the WiFi from the camera? If that's the case, the configuration has not been done yet. Connecting the phone to the smart camera's wifi is just one of the steps in the configuration process, you will still need to go back to the app and continue the setup.
