Please specify the hardware and firmware version of the camera. Do you remember the previous version?

Hi, Wayne, thanks for the quick response.
So here are the details I have:
Camera 1:
TAPO C520WS
HV: 1.0
Current Firmware: 1.3.3. Build 250528 Rel.37061n (auto update turned on, so I guess it was the previous avaialble one)
Signal strength: -66 (RSSI)
Connected to a TPLINK AX5400 router
Camera 2:
TAPO C520WS
HV: 1.0
Current Firmware: 1.3.3. Build 250528 Rel.37061n (auto update turned on, so I guess it was the previous avaialble one)
Signal strength: -65 (RSSI)
Connected to a different TPLINK AX5400 router
Both cameras are going off from the Network randomly and they will appear again if I reset the AC - they are recording ok, but they are getting dropped off from the Network.
The routers are using the latest firmware as well - auto update turned ON there as well!
Let me know if You need some more info!
Thanks!

Your cameras' signal strength are pretty weak. Try to move it closer to the router, or add a network extension device, and observe camera's performance afterward. Adjust the RSSI rate closer to -50dBm, even better if it is beyond -50dBm.

I don't think so that the wifi is the problem, as both cameras worked well before the last firmware update - for more than 1 year .... without any issues ... now after the firmware update this issue happens EVERY DAY!!!
Is there a way that I can revert back the previous firmware version - prior the current one, because clearly the issue is with the firmware ... ?
btw on TPLINK site it is saying this:
Good to Average: among -70 dBm to -50 dBm
So -65 and -66 are still in Average cetegory .... and as mentioned ... issues started ONLY after the firmware upgrade, before that NEVER happened ...

Comparative testing can effectively help pinpoint the issue. If possible, we still recommend conducting such tests as more information is always better than none.
Enable the diagnostic mode on your camera, wait for the recurrence of the problem, then export the logs for further analysis. Check here for detailed instruction: How to get the log of Tapo Camera
Can you confirm camera's led status of its connection drops?

Got the exact same issue as the original post creator. Cameras have been working flawlessly for 7 months until latest update. After than they just randomly goes offline all the time. Please look into what might cause this.
Please share the model, hardware, and firmware version of your camera. What router do you use? What's the signal strength of your camera?
@JohanR @vsabolc What's the current wireless security encryption type on your router -- the WiFi that the camera is connected to? Try to change it to 'WPA2/WPA3 Personal', then monitor camera's performance afterwards.

@Wayne-TP The security was wpa2-psk ... it was set more than a year ago ... and as already mentioned ALL worked fine until the last firmware update.
However I have now changed the security on one of my routers to wpa3/wpa2 - just in case the camera cannot handle it ....
So will have update for You I guess in 1-2 days most likely ....
Just to higlight again - everything was working without any issues until the last firmware update on tapo camera, after that the camera is losing the network, red is flashing, recording and everything else is ok and with scheduled restart or AC reset, all starts working again and randomly within 24 always different time it goes again off from the network ..... This was not happening earlier.
Turned on the LOGS, just need time when I can get there to get out the sd card (it should be sorted much easier to download from the app direclty by the way ...)

Hi All,
The latest FW brought us the possibility of using Tapo HUB as a central storage for camera recordings.
And it also enables WiFi backup functionality.
I think because of the WiFi backup solution, developers made changes in wireless network related part of the FW that can cause new situations we didn't experience before.
In my case, C520WS cams wants to use hub's wireless network and connect to that so often even if the wifi AP is closer.
So, I turned of the WiFi backup to keep cams connected to the home WiFi network.
By the way, I can confirm, the cams like channel 1, 6, 11 (13) with 20Mhz channel width only and WPA2/PSK.
