I had 3 switches installed.   They connect to my WI-FI, they are recognized by the app but the devices won't connect.

VPN is off.

What should I look for?

Can you share more details of the issue you've encountered? What do you mean by the device won't connect? Configuration failure? Are they showing offline in the app? Controll failure?
