Several questons.

1. Is it possible to get a Norwegian manual?

2. I matched the Chime, but it seems not to work. Howto fix in setup?

3. Online video work only on way. I can hear everything from the door, but the person there did not hear me? Howto fix?

4. Due to som mystic visit (person) I got the need to download several videos. I find a way around (download and saved on my iphone, but I needed to watch them on my computer for better size. Is it possible to login direkt on the ip-nr and download direct or simular?

4. As the menus are quite different and not complete (several possiblilites missing) in Norwegian, I am stucked but hope any other with knowledge can guide me.

5. Ad No. 5. Is it possible to change from Norwegian to English in the menues on my 210D?

I'm not sure if the manual has a Norwegian version, you can check it with the local TP-Link support team. Are you comfortable communicating in English? If not, to avoid any misunderstandings that may arise from machine translation, I suggest discussing your inquiries directly with local support. Answers for some of your questions:

1. The doorbell's video cannot be downloaded or exported to a computer directly. You can either download it to your phone first or use an SD card reader to read it on a computer.

2. Tapo App's language follows the phone system language. If you want to see the English version, switch the phone's language.
