Main brush makes disturbing noise
Two days ago application signalised 'main brush locked' I came to robot, checked brush, but it was clean. I have started programm again and heard squeaky noise when brush started to spin. After it appeared 'main brush locked' alert was showed again.

Run the robot vacuum without the main brush, monitor whether the error and the noise still occur. If it does, then this device might require maintenance service. Check with local TP-Link support to confirm the availability of the maintenance service, if not available, then go for replacement. The warranty can be processed by either the retailer or local support.

Without mainbrush the terrible noises didn't stop. Local support dont answer so fast as You.
