Bonjour,

nous avons accroché la cal au plafon vu la fixation impossible de la retourner et dans le meni video et affichage je n'ai pas la possibilité de retourner l'image du coup c'est a l'envers... 

j'ai bien la dernière mise a jour pourtant 

que faire svp?

This camera does not support image inversion due to hardware design constraints that prevent upside-down installation. Tapo C410 is equipped with a PIR sensor, which has a fixed detection range. Flipping the camera over will highly affect its detection performance, or it might not work at all.

 

The following picture might help you better understand the sensor's detection range. *The picture is the detection range of the Tapo C425.
