I keep receiving false alerts from the C560WS, and I would like to request a refund. However, TP-Link has refused, asking me to contact the retailer I purchased it from. Unfortunately, in my country, there is no return policy available. I strongly believe TP-Link should recall this faulty camera and provide a full refund. If you know of any way to get TP-Link to accept a return and issue a refund, please let me know.
