Vaccum not returning home

Hi my RV20 Max Plus won't return home and just sits there going back and forward while never returning home. I've reset it and everything with no luck any help would be greatly appreciated.

My vacuum machine facing the same issue, after cleaning /battery low, it's not going to home and dock it automatically ..
