Model: Tapo D230S1
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0

Hello,
My D230 is not powering on after a battery recharge. The battery has been fully charged, and when I insert it back into the bell, it's not powering on at all. Since it's not powering on, I am unable to reset either. I have done this successfully before and am not doing anything incorrectly I believe.

Can you pls advise on what I can do?

Does the battery's LED indicator lit up normally, solid green or amber? Check whether the battery was charged with a 5V USB charger.

Try to change a battery if you have a spare one. There aren't many things that can be done in regard to this situation, as the doorbell shows no response to reset, and if it is charged correctly, then it is time to seek for warranty service. You may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.
