  @Joseph-TP Hi! after a firmware update 1.2.1 Build 20250729 Rel. 73566(5553) I got the same issue and lost Internet access on 5g wifi but the 2.4g is working fine

I will send you the beta firmware via Message, please try to install it and see if it can improve the performance.

  @Joseph-TP Thanks! Not exactly the same problem, but similar. 5ghz band randomly dropping connections, and only printers connected on 2.4ghz randomly becoming inaccessible to wireless clients whether on 2.4 or 5ghz, but accessible to clients on ethernet.
