Hi , I purchase several of this switches for home but after installing one switch I notice that the light flickers (a lot) when off , wiring is correct, I have the neutral cable , changed the bulb , other switch brands works without problems. Can someone help me with what could cause this issue?
Try to install this switch in another location, or replace it with another Tapo S500, monitor whether the issue persists.
How many light bulbs does this light fixture have? What's the type and power of the light bulb? You may share its purchase link here if they were bought online.
