Camera is switched on, green light showing.  Not sure if someone is able to reset it and log in to my camera under a new a new account.  The other camera works in the other room, it's just rhis one that won't display the video on the phone but says it's connected.  

Also can anyone recommend a free vpn that works with the camera.

Can you share more details of your camera? For example, which Tapo camera do you have? What's its hardware and firmware version? Do you have trouble viewing the live stream or playback (cloud or sd card videos)? Any error message?
