Firmware Version: 1.9

The contact sensor status has stopped updating since it last triggered an automation. In the Tapo app it shows that the sensor was "open" 4hrs ago. Using Google Home, it shows that the sensor is currently "open".

Check whether the sensor's status gets updated when your phone connects to the same local network.

 

Try to restart the sensor -- reinstall the battery, see if that helps. You can also try to change a new battery.
