Model: HS200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have 2 switches acting weirdly this morning. They have been turning on and off by themselves. Neither reboot nor restart is working.

The lights were also flashing, about 3-4 times per second.

Any help would be great!

Thanks.

Disconnect the power for a while, see if this helps. You can also try to reset it. How to reset TP-Link Kasa smart switch

If the issue persists, then i believe a replacement is needed. To proceed with the warranty, contact the retailer or local TP-Link support

Same thing happened to me. Working fine one moment and then lights start to go on and off and switch refused to work. Eventually it stopped but then started again within 2 minutes. Tried resets, power on/off, reset router even removed it completely and installed a standard on/off switch to test the circuit and lights then reinstalled it. No joy.  It is about 4 years old. I don't expect them to live forever but that switch was only very lightly used during that time. Dead is dead so I just put the standard on/off back. Not going to replace it.
