Parental control issue
I have Deco BE65 (3 untils) and purchased Parental control today via HomeShield.
I added few devices (two smartphones and two TVs) to Kids profile.
It is continuing to block TV access to Internet even if I click on Allow.
I had to remove device from the Kids profile and then it started allowing TV to connect to Internet.
It's Sony Bravia TV with Android but seems the same issue is happening with different LG TV.
Is this known bug and is there any solution please?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, thank you for the feedback.
Did you also set Time Limits for this parental control profile?
"It is continuing to block TV access to the Internet even if I click on Allow."
Did the Deco APP actually show this profile is blocked, such as: or did you just find that there was no internet access on the TV?
Can you share some screenshots of the parental control profile settings, such as:
Could you please refer to this link to submit the APP log:
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

No, Deco showed as Allow but the TVs (Sony Bravia and LG) could not connect to Internet, nothing worked (YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV..).
After I removed TV devices from Kids profile, Internet started working.
Here are few screenshots, I have also submitted logs via Support in the App as you suggested.
I didn't put Time Limits neither.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
In the profile, I see one more device, a Redmi Note mobile phone. Did it have the same issue as the two smart TVs?
If we temporarily allow the "Social" Web filter, would this allow smart TVs to access these video streaming apps?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

After I unchecked all the options from Web filter option, all the devices started to work when Allow mode and couldn't connect when in Block mode, meaning the issue is fixed.
Can you elaborate how does Web filter works please and is it related to Block/Allow at all?
I thought that by clicking Allow it would allow everything but seems the Web filter is independent feature from Allow/Block.
Thanks again.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
The web category filter database includes a bunch of blocked web domains, and I think certain domains are used for YouTube/Netflix video streaming.
Best regards.
