Do any of the cameras deactivate detection zone whne they move/track movement
Do any cameras with movement tracking turn off the detection zone when the camera moves and only reinstates the detection zone when the camera moves back to its default position? I have a TC41 and the detection zone moves with the camera view which is not a useful feature. Friend asked me if can recommend a camera so need to know which ones have this problems sorted on before suggesting to him he gets one. Thanks Neil

The detection feature is not activated while the camera is moving. If you need the camera's detection area to be locked on a specific angle for particular regions or objects -- no detection if the target area/object is out of view, this is not supported.

Hello Wayne
Thanks for the answer.
OK I understand that the detections zone is deactive while camera moves.
But what happens when the cemera stops moving and is static in a different position from the one the detcetion zone ws set in.
Is the detection zone then reinstated in this different camera position?
Thanks
Neil

The detection zone is fixed and remains consistent regardless of the camera's angle. For example, if a zone in the upper right corner is selected, detection will always occur in that area, no matter which viewpoint the camera is currently on.
