Tapo camera automatically turning dectection and settings off
Bonjour, ma caméra TAPO passe automatiquement en mode detection Off, il faut alors réinitialiser un par un chaque paramètre de détection. Comment régler ce problème. Pour info je n'utilise pas le mode "Home" et "Away". Merci.

Which detection features are enabled on your camera? Based on your description, it seems that not only are the detection features turned off, but the related settings (detection area, detection sensitivity) have also been reset. Is that correct? How often does it happen?
Have you ever logged in to your Tapo app on other mobile devices, and forgotten to log out? If your account did not log out, someone who has access to the mobile device can also manage devices in your Tapo account. If they activate the Home/Away mode on another phone/tablet, since these feature settings are not synced between mobile devices, camera settings will change accordingly.
Have you shared your account information with anyone else? It's necessary to consider whether someone else has logged into your account and gained control of the device.

Yes I confirm that detection but also the related settings (detection area, detection sensitivity) were also reset each time. Its happens almost every day.
I have shared the account with my wife phone, so we can control the camera with the same account using each our personal phone. We do not use the Home Away mode system, we directly go into the Camera section to click individually on the blue icon to activate / desactivate them.
The parameters are the same on both applications for each phone.

When was the last time this happened? As this seems to require further investigation, i recommend enabling the diagnostics mode (Device Settings > Advanced Settings > Diagnostics) on your camera first. And when it happens again, send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following information.
