Hello,

I recently had purchased d235 and gave dialing in for the notification. Today I got a package I got the notification for the person and motion but nothing for package I had sensitivity to 8 and now just turned it up to 10. Package is still sitting in my porch in cameras view but no notification at all.

For your case, we recommend reaching out to the support team directly for further investigation. Make sure to include the video of this event, and a screenshot of the playback page that shows this event, where it is tagged with motion and person detection icons, but not package detection. Contact Technical Support

Perhaps you can try to adjust the detection zone to full screen, see if that makes any difference.
