Tapo P115 : Exclude a device so that it can't be turned off.

I want to exclude/protect a Tapo P115 device so that it can't be turned off. It is connected to a refrigerator and I only use it to monitor power usage. It should never be turned off accidentally or otherwise using the app. I have offcourse excluded it from automation and groups but I need a sort of "lock out". Can't imagine I'm the first to ask but it should be possible I think. Thanks.
