My Robot Vacuum Cleaner RV10 Plus has detect the battery error, i do what the apps tell me but the rv still cannot restart the rv was beeping and home button blinking

  • Turn off the robot vacuum for a few hours, see if that helps. *Use the side power switch.
  • Try to reset the device: press and hold the home and spot cleaning/child lock buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
