Hi

 

Who knows what can be reason I cannot reach TP-Link Cloud Account via NX510v unit? Internet is working fine.

 

Error

Oops... We can't reach the cloud server.

1. Make sure you have Internet access.

2. The cloud server is inaccessible temporarily. Please refresh the page later.

3. If the problem still exists, please connect TP-Link technical support.

Hi David Thank you for message. I am using Telia in Estonia. Seems problem is solved as I can access TP-Link Club via portal.

Was the router provided by SIM ISP?

 

Do you plan to bind the NX510v to your TP-Link ID?

If possible, could you please leave me a message with the MAC address of your NX510v?
