TC82 Camera wont reset
For no apparent reason my TC82 camera was removed from my app. I had taken it down and freshly linked it which was successful. I started to charge the camera and after a while it was showing offline and stopped charging when it reached 75%. The LED was and is permanently orange. I have attempted to reset it and nothing. The LED is still permanently orange and the camera won't turn on.

The solid amber led means the camera is connected to WiFi but to the cloud server (remote control failure), if the camera hasn't been manually removed from the app, then you should be able to see it in the app when your phone connects to the same network as the camera. *To avoid network switching and interference, turn off the celluar data and VPN on your phone before the testing.
Try to restart the router and the camera, wait for a while, monitor whether the camera returns to normal.
> How to restart TC82: press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the camera, then hold it for another 3 seconds to turn it back on.
If the camera shows no changes, try to reset it again. Ensure the camera is reset correctly: press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
