Hello I am wondering if somebody would know why I cannot connect to my cloud camera?

Camera: NC200 / w/ static IP / Access Point: EAP110

With open connection I can connect to the camera with no problems (Wired & Wireless) as soon as I turn on security on my access point (EAP110) when I go to run the setup to find the cloud camera It will not detect it after I select it from the list and connect to the access points network. Both camera, access point and computer using to access the access point settings are all correctly on the same subnet.

Any suggestions?

Did you upgrade your camera to latest firmware? If you did, the setup wizard isn't compatible with the new firmware of camera.
