Deco BE63 (10000) started dropping internet WAN
Current setup is BE63 (3x) connected to M5 (3x). Have a Frontier ISP and bought new BE63 as M5 started to become flaky worked very well for 4 months ... As of last 5 days internet is repeatedly dropping. Started with BE63 telling me it was the cable WAN mismatch and after replacing every cable would get sporadic and frequent drops from ISP ... was not using their EERO router given native Deco capabilities ... At a point right now to return the units and move toward a different provider ... anyone else having issues going from ISP --> Deco BE 63 directly?

Sorry to bug the both of you but David won't be able to answer this till at least Sunday night when he is back at work. Either of you have any ideas on this?

I’m experiencing the same problem with the Deco BE63 continually dropping and reconnecting to the internet. I had expected it to be an upgrade from my previous Deco X90, which ran flawlessly without any connection issues. Despite several firmware updates, the problem persists. The disconnections repeatedly log me out of my home automation system, preventing remote access, which is extremely frustrating.
Does anyone know of a reliable solution beyond the standard troubleshooting steps, which haven’t worked for me? Alternatively, is there any information about when the next firmware update might be released?
I really regret buying it.
