Model: Tapo C310  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.16 build 240909 rel 39242n (4555)

I have a hub h500 and want to connect my house cameras to it. I have C310 cameras outside and tc 70 cameras inside. The hub will find these cameras but wont connect saying camera firmware not up to date  and to update to the latest firmware. The cameras however return that they have latest firmware installed, which is obviously not correct. How can I resolve this problem

Sorry, just seen reply to my previous enquiry. Seems my cameras are not compatible. Hopefully they will be in the future. I dont wont to have to keep buying new cameras just to keep up. I'm committed to tapo cameras as they are reliable and easy to set up, use ect. I now have 15 cameras on my system over two property's and dont want to start over again.
