Internet Password reset
Hi there, Need some advice. My Internet password changed and thus my Deco 9 when offline. It seems that you are only able to reset the password with the app if you do not wants to reset the whole Deco. Now the Deco is offline and unable to save the new password. Any ideas?

Thanx Davip-TP. It is the PPPoE password. I managed to edit the new PPPoE password but it kept telling me that the Deco is offline thus unable to save. I then went the long way and reset everything and started from scratch. Thanx anyway.

Hi,
Is "internet password" here, WiFi password, or Internet connection password(such as PPPoE password)?
If it is the latter, you can connect to the Deco WiFi first, and the Deco APP also supports local management; then go to Deco APP>More>Internet Connection to edit the PPPoE password.
