So just a little update, I've been using the H500 with a 512GB SSD for the last 24 hours, I can confirm that the skipping and black lines do not occur before or after events so the issue is just with the H200.

The H500 for me, still isn't perfect as the playback is a little funky at times, it will often repeat the detected event with out-of-sync audio and very often the timeline will just show missing parts, which play back but don't let you select them, see the dark black parts.

The Ai features do not justify a 300%+ price increase over the H200, I may of kept it if it worked absolutely perfectly but I think it will be returned.

For now, the only way for me to get true 24/7 recording with zero bugs or any problems is to have the storage inside the camera, I live in a decent area so I doubt my camera would ever get stolen and I'll use cloud back up incase. I'll use this configuration until hopefully one day Tapo fix the issues with the H200 and I can store footage correctly there.

Can you delete or edit events? or does it support multi icons if there is few events at the same time?

It used to be problem with h200 but they fixed it.

Yes it is possible, I didn't know you could not do that on the H200.

Thank for update, been told that multi icons will be supported in future for h200, but no idea if it will support correct event or possiblity to delete clips.

Hello, no, they said that they would work on it and inform me when a fix is implemented. I can't see it happening to be honest. 

I've just been using the internal storage of the camera and the h200 as a bell chime.

Oh that is interesting, I've been on that firmware for a while and the issue persisted with me. Is it just the indoor cameras you have or doorbell too?.
