Cameras offline
Cameras are no longer activating, recording and no live view is available. They are visible and I can access settings, although they are very slow. Signal strength for both is excellent (-38 & - 47) and the H200 hub is connected to the router and showing solid green.
They have been connected to the hub and worked fine for two years. I haven't changed anything, but tried to access them and just get the tap to refresh.
Strangely, there seems to be a small window in the morning when they work, but no other times. There is no schedule set up.
I have reset and reinstalled everything and the problem persists.

- Make sure the camera and the hub's firmware are both updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
- Make sure the Tapo app is updated. You can try to delete and reinstall it.
- Use another phone or tablet, check if camera's livestream is available on other mobile devices.
- Do not enable VPN on your when using the Tapo app.
- Use the camera's range detection test tool (camera Device Settings > Detection > Wake-up Sensivitiy, Detection Range Test), test whether the camera can still detect movements here.

I have already done all this.
After reinstalling the app, I no longer have the subscription, despite logging in with the same email address.
Both phones have the same issue, iPhone and android. We don't have a VPN. I can hear the cameras click on and off when I try to the live view, both can not view anything, and they are not making any recordings. The alarm also goes off of I activate it, so they are detecting movement.
Basicly, they are now dummy cameras.
