H500 Multiple failed update
Hello All
My H500 currently on firmware 1.1.2 Build 20250409 and the apps notify my there is an update available for 1.3.4 Build 20250916. Everytime I update it the system mention 'Successfully Updated' however after reopen tge apps, the firmware remain at 1.1.2 Build 20250409.
Tried few time to update it but failed. Restarted the hub and router few times. Anyone experienced the same here?

Switch H500 to ethernet connection if it was on WiFi. Try to link H500 to another 5GHz WiFi, like a mobile hotspot or the guest WiFi, see if that helps. *Tips: Use the same WiFi name and password for the test WiFi as those of the current WiFi. Turn off the current WiFi, and the hub should automatically switch to the test WiFi.

FYI I tried both, still didn't solve the issue.
Each time I check, the system ask me to update the same batch of update.
Clueless still at this moment.

@shaiful_yazid Can you power cycle the hub? Reset and reconfigure the hub if the reboot doesn't help.

done, still the same.
now my doorbell cannot save the video to the hub, all this while was ok. Reset both doorbell and hub, still unsolved

Hi All
Solved.
I sent email to Tapo Support with my situation and device details on Friday evening. Within 2 hours I try to update the firmware and link my doorbell, everything sync smoothly.
They must look into my email and fix it at their end but no reply email receive.
So, their support team works! Hope in the future they can solve it with an email send to them.
