Hi 

i am not able to update my x50 5g

tried to

update via app

Update via browser 

download the software and update via browser 

using google dns and without 

 

and i am still not able to update to 

1.1.0 Build 20250719 Rel. 59911
 

any solution?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Would there be any error message during the firmware upgrade?

 

Have you tried to manually update to Deco X50-5G(EU)_V2_1.0.1 Build 20241211 first via web admin UI, then 1.1.0 later:

I am not receiving any error.

yes I tried and got the same results 

i've been trying the following:

1- update via app

2-update via browser 

3-update via browser using download firmware 

3- all of the above using google dns

Have you tested on another web browser, such as Firefox, Microsoft Edge?

 

At the same time, I'd like to follow up on your case via email and ask the senior engineer for more advice.

Could you please send me a copy of the web UI system log:

Deco web interface login

 

Would there be any chance for your to record a short video clip of the whole firmware upgrade process?
